was established in 1975.

The philosophy from the beginning, which continues today, is to offer our customers the finest selections of spirits, wines, domestic and imported lagers, cigars, accessories and gift items at the lowest everyday prices.

In addition, we have always prided ourselves on providing excellent individual service. Many of our stores conduct product seminars, as well as in-store & special event tasting's.

As mid-size and large independent store owners joined forces together we formed the most successful buying cooperative in the wine & spirit industry. We have stores all over Chicagoland and suburban areas.

The chains' large quantity buying has allowed us to offer our customers the best prices, everyday. We are 40 Cardinal stores strong, offering customer convenience and a friendly shopping experience.
